| What is the deal with this new roster system? |

IGL's roster system (new as of August 1st, 2002) allows for much more flexibility for clans participating in multiple leagues. A clan can participate in DoD, CS, and TFC leagues (and even more than that) and maintain separate rosters for each league, each with their own leaders and schedulers. This roster is the roster that league admins will use to check player eligibility for a match.
When a clan is first added to a league, all clan members are inactive in that league, and similarly all new players to a clan are by default inactive in each league that the clan is in. By clicking on a player's status for a league (the letter in that league's column), the leader can cycle through 4 different statuses. |
| Can I make two leaders on the roster of our clan here? |

Nope.
You cannot have 2 leaders for your base roster, However you can assign as many as you wish to your various league rosters.

You need to contact the head Administrator of the IGL League you are playing in (CS, TFC, etc) and they will change it for you.
We plan to put the function in where the leader can give up their position and make another clan member the leader, but our coder is currently too busy with school to do it just now. :(

| After I invite members, what is the next ? |
|
Your members have to hit 'accept' and 'ok' on the website after they log in on the right of the screen. Ensure you hit the SUBMIT button when you invite your clan members. RETURN does not work. You should see a "Member Invited" message after you successfully invited a new member into your clan. Once the accept your invitation, you will be notified by an 'ACCEPTED' message on the right hand sidebar (or declined if they refused your invitation) Back to Top |
| Can we have more then one scheduler? |

Yes. Each scheduler is marked with a '*'. You can only have one Leader though. He is marked with an @.

| How do I make my members active? We want to play. |
|
The leader of the clan must goto "Manage Clan", "Edit Roster", and then each member will have an "I" next to their name.
Hover and click the "I" it cycles between A,S,L.
Each letter will stand for one of the following:
Active
Scheduler
Leader
Select which ever fits the player. 'Active' is for the normal player.
'Scheduler' is for the person who other clans can contact to setup a match or speak to about an upcoming match.
'Leader' is the leader of the clan who can modify the clan itself. Back to Top |

This is the person in your clan (your own name can be put here) for other clans to contact when it comes time to discussing scheduling matches, scrims, re-scheduling a match, or other such issues like server configs and the like. Back to Top |
