I need a clarification for further use in the near future in matches
this is the link i obtained for those commands

I cannot find it the rules for the matches between teams
that that setting cannot be used
please explain to me why it is not allowed

| cl_bob controls how much your weapon and view bobs moves when you walk, is is how much your scope and sites wavier and move and changing the variables will be an advantage over other players and is used in cheat/scrips/. Thats why in all leagues is illegal to use. |
