July cfg for 1.3 DOD

Hi the link in files the new cfg gives the date for
070807-IglServerConfig-windows.cfg

But the extracted directory is
iglconfig-110406-windows
and the header on the contained igl.cfg is
// IGL DOD CONFIG as of November 04, 2006 per skull.45|IGL
hostname "IGL DoD Match In Progress"


Is this an error and if so could youplease update the file link before tonight's match

the only update on the old cfg is that fade to black is turned off.

if you have the old cfg open it and change the fadetoblack from 1 to 0.
