| I'm new to the league and cannot find anything stating what the class limits are. Could someone please let me know what they are. |

Class Limits can be found in the IGL Config, but here is a list of them

Guess:
When you exec config of IGL you get that limitation on your server automatically.
Remember: rcon exec igl_map.cfg
(ex: rcon exec igl_donner.cfg)
