6.7 -- Spectators and HLTV
The default number of spectators for a match is 0. If both clans agree to it, they may have 1 or more spectators each during a match. Teams MUST allow IGL admins to spectate during matches, if they so choose, this will not happen except in exceptional circumstances. If the server does not allow more than 14 players, teams are exempt from this. HLTV is acceptable, so long as the HL-DoD server allows at least 16 players, and the HLTV server is made available, and known, to the visiting clan. The HLTV broadcast delay must be set to at least 20 seconds. If a HLTV demo is made (by either clan) it MUST be made available to the other clan upon their leader's request.
From the DoD rules, not sure if it differs from each game. Hope it helped ya- DSGB|The Spy |
