IGL/GodlessCommie Server Details & Disclaimers

To be eligible you must have played 50% of the regular season matches.

Servers specs are comparable to (or better then):
# Intel Xeon 2 x 2.8
# 160GB SATA Hard Drive
# 2048MB RAM
# 100mbps uplink
# Top Tier 1 networks out of Dallas or possibly Ohio

Top/centre tiers will have first pick on available servers of either a 14 man priviate server or a 20 man pub server. Upgrades of servers are possible for small fees to K-2 GodlessCommie. ALL lower tiers will receive either 14 man private server, or 12-18 man pub depending on demand or availability.

Specific League Disclaimers (such as how clans may become uneligible for server winnings) will be posted on their own league Forums.

Disclaimer: Servers are not transferable to any other team or community. If said winning team leaves IGL or disbands or goes inactive the server will no longer be available to that team and will go back into a pool of servers for the public use of IGL.

If, at any time, there isn't a minimum of 10 competing teams in a tier of a league, this will not be a binding agreement and the IGL will not have to provide a server. If, howerver, this happens, the winning Clan can get a server at a very special price from K-2 Godless Commie. It is, therefore, ideal that you keep your teams active, and you promote the league to keep its numbers and competition up as it's a win/win situation!

K-2 GodlessCommie/IGL reserves the right to discontinue the use of these server at any time for any reason. The servers are not under the direct control of the IGL but of K-2 GodlessCommie and therefore the IGL cannot be held accountable if K-2 GodlessCommie retracts the offer of servers to the IGL.

At no time will pornography or racist remarks be tolerated on servers, if this is violated there will initially be a warning but only the 1 warning. After this, if there is another incident the server will be taken down! Remember this a privilege not a right. By winning and taking control of server you and your team take all legal responsibility over what goes on in server. At no time will IRC, php, evil admin etc.... be allowed to run on the server as they slow the server and take too much processing power, bandwidth plus open the computer up to attacks. Know that servers options and sizes are negotiable it does depend on server space availability and bandwidth consumption!

We reserve the right to adjust or alter the disclaimer and agreement. Winners, prior to receiving control over a server, will be required to sign a wavier, waiving all, if any, legal ramification against us and taking full legal responsibility.
