Deleted an Obsolete Rule

I have deleted the the rule due about the recording demos issue that has has been fixed. It was the rule that stated, You have to record demos in 8 minute increments due to recording demos would crash the game.

Ok folks, here we go again. Another season of IGL DoD:Source. Sorry we only have 6 teams this time to start out with, but I have tried getting new teams with not much luck.
