Clan Shuffling
|
I'd like to explain why some clans changed divisions. First, clan [Pokemon], [HBMS], and [1st PD] were added to the league(lower division. USDN quit the league(with plans to come back). That left us with 10 clans in upper, and 18 in the lower division. I want to keep the divisions somewhat even, and with odd number of clans in each(to facilitate the inter-divisional match each week). NHN won their inter-divisional match against KSP1, so they move up, but i didnt move KSP1 to lower division in order to keep an order number of clans there. I also moved 38th and 96th to upper division, to keep each division roughly the same size.

Labor Day
|
Labor Day is this Monday, IGL plays on Sunday. If your clan needs this Sunday off, contact me by WEDNESDAY afternoon, or you will be scheduled a match!!

Two Rule Clarifications
|
Due to events from last week, I'd like to go over a new rule, and an addition to one: I have added rule 4.4 - FALSE INFORMATION "Purposefuly giving IGL league admins false information is grounds for removal from the league. This includes, but is not limited to, false match reports."
I also added the following statement to rule 2.43 - MATCH PROTOCOL "A team is NOT responsible to know who is in charge of the other team! This means, if a team is in their own server and asks the other team if they are ready and gets a positive response. Then they may start the match! Team leaders are responsible for what members of their own team say, not their opponent."

Recording Demos / Demo Bug
|
Everyone who plays in a match must record a demo!! If a clan accuses one of you of cheating, the IGL league needs a first person view of all of the accused. If the accused has no demo, he'll be kicked from the league, and the clan will forfeit the match... no exceptions! There is a simple fix to the demo bug in dod, simply start your demo, go to spectator view, then back to your team. The icons on the top left screen will be fixed.

DoD 3.1 / Website Changes
|
DoD 3.1 is going to be released tommorow(thursday). All week 11 matches should be played on 3.1. We will NOT be delaying matches for this week unless the dod patch is delayed until Saturday or Sunday. Theres been some changes to the way rosters work on this site now, please check that out. Also, rosters now lock on Saturday night and unlock on Monday night.
