Map is dod_anzio, i apologize for the long wait, but a number of the upper teams either died, left, or asked to be moved down, and it took quite a good amount of time to find proper replacements.

TPG

I want to let people know about another dod league. For those who are interested in getting some extra practice for CAL, or maybe are interested in playing more than once on a sunday night. Check out TPG. Its a great league that plays on sunday nights at 9 (a 30 minute start delay has been added recently in case teams play IGL). They have some solid compeition and I'm sure any clan would be able to use tpg as great practice or just a fun time. NOTE: TPG also follows the same map rotation as IGL.

Contacting Admins

Ive noticed a number of times people have left messages in the public channel asking questions or looking for an admin. The easiest way to reach me or any other admin is to private message them. If for some reason ill be away for a long time theres a really good chance my away message will have when i expect to return.

Week 4/Easter/Etc

Ok, well it wasn't until today that someone reminded me that this sunday is Easter. So, in light of that fact, IGL will be taking the week off so that any teams on vacation/people busy that day can enjoy themselves without worrying about dod.

When we return for week 4, the map will be dod_anzio. In case some teams wanna get a head start on that.

Week 3/IRC Contact

First off, this weeks map (dod_railroad2_b2) can be found at netdod.com. Please make sure you have it downloaded and installed. The config is labeled igl_railroad2.cfg and not igl_railroad2_b2.cfg. Just want to make sure everyone makes note of that.

Secondly, this past week there were a couple of different forfeits due to teams not getting in contact with one another. IRC is to be the FIRST MODE OF CONTACT!! between teams, this includes clans (specifically leaders) being on irc on a regular basis and in their clans registered channel. Email/AIM/ICQ/Yahoo/etc MAY be used but should not be needed.
