Preseason 2 Matches
|
The schedule is up so please make your contacts as soon as possible, via email and IRC.
If you do not have your IRC Channels registered and someone idling it at least 2 days before and on match day, I will be forced to put your team inactive until its done. IRC is an important media to make contact for setting up matches and hold down on potential problems. So please make sure this is done as soon as possible.
I will be doing some checking on the ones who do not have their IRC Channels registered later this week. If you do not have it done, you will receive an email requesting you get it done before regular season matches start. Next Tues. will be the deadline when I post the schedules and those who do not have this done will be put inactive. I will post a list of those who as of right now do not have registered IRC Channels by Thursday night. If you are on that list then it has to be done.

RULE CHANGES FOR THE NEW SEASON
|
Ok, due to several things going on last season, I am forced to update the rules to reflect these changes. These changes will take affect immediately. It saddens me that I am having to do this because, either some people are not taking the IGL rules seriously or they do not read the rules, or just do not care what happens to them or their teammates. I will assure you this season will be different as to the punishment on rule violations. In case some do not know, we in IGL are spending a lot of our own free time and hard effort to run this league and to make it fun and competitive for those who choose to join. Believe me if you are one of those clans who choose to create havoc, chaos, and disrupt the League in any way, you will not last long here. So please look below for major changes to the rules. Also, it’s possible I could have missed one, so it would be wise to review the rules again.

New Champions Crowned
|
Ok, First things first. The New Champions for the Lower Tier is Carcajou. Congrats to them as they have fought hard and long for this.
The Center Championship is a different story. The team .exe won the title against rH, however due some investigation on another matter, it was discovered during this research it was found that .exe used a ringer during the match and according to 4.4 of the IGL rules the if a ringer is caught playing in a match, the winning team will forfeit the match and match be overturned. Therefore rH are the New Champions of Season 13. It was found that the ringer
was stiles.jp.exe 0:0:4125573 and will be ban from IGL. He was never on the .exe roster to play in IGL matches. Also .exe player kirkland 0:1:1547256 aka stealth 0:1:1547256 and IP
Addresses matching, played in the match while being suspended and therefore will be suspended until Dec. 18th and can return to match play on Jan 8th, this is due to the 2 weeks off for
the holidays. Now, because the Leader k4b00m of .exe knowingly let these players play in the Championship match will also be suspended until Jan. 15th and can return to match play on
Jan. 22nd, which also includes the 2 weeks off for the Holidays.
I want to let everyone know, that IGL will not tolerated any kind of this behavior in the League whatsoever. We are here to make this League enjoyable and fun to play. All decisions on this matter are final.

Season 13 Championships
|
Championships are here at last. Congrats to all the team who particapated this season and Good Luck in the Championship Matches. Center will be rH vs .exe and Lower will be #U vs CarCajou.
Sorry for the delay on getting the schedule up but there were 3 disputes to settle. Here are the decision on those disputes. Kaboom was found clean, however due to stealth not having his demos he will be suspended the rest of the seaosn. Also, due to violating the no shooting rule during Screen Shot in Mid, Justin of .exe will also be suspended for one match. If you are not willing to follow the rules, you will suffer the consequences. The rules are there for a reason and you will abide them them. Also the dispute with AoS and #U, Pixilated|Punk was found clean.
Notice for next Season: There will be some major changes so please be watching after the Championship Matches are over. I will have the rules updated before the next season starts, which will be Nov. 27th. Hope to see you all back next season.

Round 2 of the Playoffs
|
Here we go for another round of the playoffs. Schedule has been posted and playoff bracket has been updated.
Unfortunately this week I had to do something that I hate doing. Due to Joker's Ace not reporting the scores by the default time, I am forced to give them an FF lose and award FT with the FF win and they will now move on to the 2nd rd of the playoffs. Good Luck to all and have fun.
