3rd Week for Suspensions and Bans
|
Here we are again with more Suspensions and Bans for the 3rd week. If you do not want to comply by the rules set forth by IGL and the rules you agreed to abide by when you joined the league, you will suffer the consequences.
10 -- Clan Agreement 10.1 -- Agreement :By joining our league you submit that you will abide by our rules and everything posted therein.
First, Match between FS and Exit. The match will be overturned because Exit ran the wrong config.
2nd, 2 exe players rish aka Spartan and Kitats aka Statik will be suspended for a 2 matches each as well as one strike each for using the unregistered names to play in a IGL match. Match will be overturned. Rule: 8.7 -- Tags and Names
You Must use your Tag that is Listed on your Teams IGL Page and Use the Handle you have signed up with. No more then 1 name change per season. Team and/or names including, but not limited to, the following content will not be permitted: profanity, bigotry, raciest, sex, or religious group; drug use and other names deemed inappropriate by the league. Penalty: Violation of this rule during match play will be a 2 match suspension from IGL.
3rd, During the match there were server problems and even though CNS tried to get it worked out, after the match was over a dispute was filed due to the following problem.
V2 - RapeNoggin was asked to change his name to the IGL registered name, changed his name to V2 -Suckmydick, then changed to V2 - RapeNoggin(Wookie), which Wookie is the registered name will be suspended for 3 matches, one match for not using a IGL registered name during a match, one match for derogatory name, and one match for unsportsmanlike conduct plus one strike. During investigating the above matter it was found that V2 was using ringers. The following bans will be issued, adam aka faketalent -aderuwe steamid 0:1:4212432 and not on V2's roster entered a match while in progress and is considered a ringer, he will also be taken off and is ban from FT's roster.
Player {P.D.L.} Man_Bear_Pig who also was not on V2's roster, entered a match while in progress and considered a ringer.
Player Dono who also entered the match while in progress and is not on V2’s roster and is considered a ringer.
Finally the leader of V2 RedRum will be suspended for 6 matches for knowingly and allowing 3 ringers to enter the match while in progress. Match will also be overturned. V2 will also receive 2 strikes for it’s behavior during this whole match.
6.4.3 -- Live Match (teams in the server, match is live)
It is the responsibility that Both Leaders/acting Leaders playing in an IGL Match to check, names, tags, and steamid's. During the 2nd half of an IGL match if a player is subsituted anytime after the match has started, the Leader of the opposing team has the right to verify that subsitued players steamid after the 2nd rd has been completed. If the opposing team Leader has found this was an ineligible player, then he/she must notify their Tier Admin immeditately after the match. If there was in illegal subsitution of a player, he/she will be deemed as a ringer and will be subject to suspension and/or explusion from the league. The leader of the subsituted player will also be suspended and/or removed from the league.

Last Weeks Suspensions now BANS
|
As I stated last week due to pending investigation of a suspension last week, the research and evidence has proven that HuH and onoes are the same person. With onoes playing in last weeks match which was actually HuH playing and who was also suspended on Jan 11th, both names HuH and onoes are now ban from IGL. Also, for allowing a suspended player to play in a match, the leader of FT, Scrote will be suspended for 2 matches and will begin his suspension starting Jan. 22nd. He will be able to return to matches on Feb 12th.

Schedule Change

I forgot to move a team up to center, so now substandard will play TOPADORA who had a bye and in lower, FS, who had a bye will now play |E>.< it|Exit. Sorry for the confusion.

Suspensions Again This Week
|
The schedules are now up and sorry for the delay but I had 3 disputes this week that took a longer than expected to settled. So make your contacts and if its not done then the Leaders will be suspended. There is no excuse for not doing this before match time.
As I stated in a post last week about players disrespecting, and using racial slurs and derogatory words against other players will not be tolerated in IGL, we have 2 more suspensions this week. 1st, K-2 DailTone will receive a 3 week suspension for racial slur against another team during a match. He will be eligible for match play on Feb 12th.
2nd, FT Harry Potter aka Airnick will receive a 3 match suspension for racial slurs and 1 match suspension for using derogatory remarks against the other team, 1 match suspension for not using the registered IGL roster name in a match as rules state, 1 match suspension for shooting and killing during the Mid SS, 1 match suspension for unsportsmanlike conduct during a match. He will be eligible for match play again next season. Again, this kind of childish behavior will not be tolerated in IGL what so ever.
Now for not turning in requested demos/ss player FT onoes will receive a 3 match suspension and 1 week for using the incorrect IGL registered name during a match. Also the match will be overturned for the behavior of these players. Also on this matter, there could be more suspensions handed out and this decision will be delayed until the evidence needed is obtained
Shooting and Killing during the Mid for SS has to stop folks, because it very difficult for team leaders and players who are trying to get their ss’s taken and it will and has caused someone to forget to take a screen shot and not counting the time it takes for that player to get back to the Mid and time is wasted. If a dispute is filed and one ss is missing from that player, then who is the one who gets suspended? It has to be the one who shot and killed during this time. Also shooting during the Mid for SS makes hard for Leaders to check steam id’s because they can not hear ,so stop shooting in the Mid, stop killing others or opponents, get the SS’s, everyone kills themselves and return to spawn. Simple as that and the match can start.

Map Glitches
|
Just want to remind everyone that anyone using a map glitch of any kind will be suspended. This includes the upcoming map. If its reported that someone uses it, be expected to be suspended.
